The automotive industry has been developing rapidly in recent decades, which plays an important role of economic development in many countries. It has some characteristics such as high industry related degree, strong capital accumulation ability and large employment population etc. With the intensification of market competition environment, the orginal development model relying on capital accumulation cannot meet the needs of auto companies. Technical advantages, knowledge innovation have become to be the new growth points of interest in auto companies, whose demand for knowledge management is growing gradually. Knowledge management of operational level is easier by means of IT relative to he management and strategic level. And in the completion of the specific business, staff will (?)se related business knowledge, especially experiential knowledge in the process of dealing with various problems. Focus is needed to this knowledge in the implementation knowledge management of the operational level.Therefore, this dissertation study the auto companies operating knowledge management nethods based on the knowledge management theory. Specifically the thesis researches the stamping process, problem processing, and how to organize and reuse the experience cnowledge on the basis of analyzing the problem processing records. On conceptual evel, the theoretical implications of problem processing knowledge are provided, he knowledge representation is determined, and problem processing knowledge system nodel is established based on the analysis of the causal relationship and relationship of (?)ausality-solution. Combined with the definition and structure of the model, easoning application of knowledge is realized using reasoning method based on statistics and orobability parameters. To make the model to be applied in a practical level, the logic building method of problem processing knowledge system model is proposed, in which the concept of ontology is introduced to complete the construction from problem fact database to problem processing knowledge base. Finally, a case study has been fulfilled via the problem processing records in stamping of an automobile enterprise. Implementation methods of problem processing knowledge management are described from data collection, ontology onstruction, and problem processing knowledge system building to knowledge use through easoning.The purpose of this paper is to put forward methods to manage the knowledge in roblem handling process, aiming at knowledge management applications in the automotive stamping processing, so that the enterprise which is implementing knowledge management could learn and get reference of knowledge management methods and techniques from this thesis.
