| In the process of production and use of the vehicle, hypoid gears vice in main reducer of vehicle drive axle (hereinafter referred to as the act-passive gears) influence the vehicle driving axle vibration and comfort directly through the dynamic contact meshing quality. This article do some analysis and researches of dynamic contact meshing of act-passive gears from meshing theory, multibody system characteristics and dynamics theory and other aspects.After a large number of previous research results, this paper have introduced the multibody system dynamics theory and method, and put forward the soft body dynamics approach to analyse gears system. It has coordinated multibody system components modal with polymorphism characteristics of vibration form of main reducer of vehicle drive axle. And then, we can establish the kinetic and potential energy of flexible body of Lagrangian equation to calculate flexible body system dynamics equation.Based on the characteristics of the nonlinear entity surface contact in gears, we determine the state of the contact behavior of gears which has been researched. After that we can complete the contact finite element analysis and definite relevant types and Settings. Using Ansys Workbench finite element software, we do the simulation of3D model of act-passive gears and then extract and analysis the data from three aspects of movement in the process of the gear meshing deformation, the changes of the contact area of gear meshing and gears meshing changes of the moment and so on. Using domestically developed testing system do the verification of surface contact quality of act-passive gears meshing. After comparison of test results which has been completed by testing steps, we found that the shape, position and change trend of the gears meshing outline are the same with the real gears surface contact area which was inspected by test system. At last, we can verify the accuracy of the conclusion about the FEA that related to.The research results will strengthen working life of the gears system, reduce vibration of vehicle driving axle, improve the ride comfort. All of these work have positive significance. |
