Gan Haizi Bridge, which located in Sichuan Province, the first mid-span concrete filled steel tubular truss continuous girder structure of China’s roads and bridges single of two winding concrete filled steel tube and a bottom chords of steel pipe concrete section forms a triangle. The bridge deck system is in place pushing the construction method of construction. Taking into account the arc chord in the bridge truss, the project uses the MCPA6flat slide device to change the curve wheel a rolling slide device instead of traditional PTFE rubber skateboard and steel plateIn this paper, pushing construction of scroll slide device of Gan Haizi Bridge, in order to research and find the MCPA6wheel damage occurs because the following areas of research and analysis work.(1)Described the research background and current research status of this paper, briefly introduced the concept of pushing the construction and the pushing construction techniques in this bridge. The pushing construction steel concrete bridges are collected.(2) With an example, according to the site of the construction, discovery and summarizes some of the problems.(3) Describes the development history of contact mechanics, the Hertz contact theory are described, discusses the:①Contact mechanics theory of axis parallel to one another two cylinders;②Contact mechanics theory of two solid sphere. And verify the accuracy of the above two types of Hertz contact theory by using ANSYS.(4) Introduce the ANSYS procedures in dealing with all things to contact the basic ideas and methods.(5) The use of finite element analysis software:ANSYS, theoretical calculations and analysis of contact elements on the rolling chute equipment. Based on the actual situation in the on-site construction:①MCPA6wheel chord contact area completely fit;②Monomer Casting Polymnide6tugs chord contact area does not completely fit;③Chord butt welding in the chord surface left protruding weld;④Based on the strength criterion, the roller design parameter correction:Increased wheel recessed center section width.
