In recent years,steel components with superior mechanical properties are applied more and more widely in projects,but the bearing capacity of steel components will reduce with the increase of service time,So the reinforcement of the steel structure is necessary.The mechanical properties of axially loaded steel columns reinforced by outsourcing reinforced concrete while under load were researched in this paper through the integration of the experimental study,the finite element simulation and the theoretical analysis.At last,the mechanical properties and the bearing capacity of axially loaded steel columns reinforced by outsourcing carbon fiber concrete while under load were researched through the finite element simulation and the theoretical analysis based on the existing experimental data and theory.The paper mainly covers the following fields:Through the steel columns reinforced under no initial loads and the steel columns reinforced while under loads,the reinforcement performance of axial compression steel structure members reinforced by outsourcing reinforced concrete while under load,the stress development of steel,concrete and steel bars,and the influences of the initial loads,the concrete strength and the steel strength on mechanical properties of the reinforced members were studied.The experimental results showed that the bearing capacity and the rigidity of the steel members could be significantly improved by the reinforcement of outsourcing reinforced concrete.The ultimate bearing capacity of reinforced members decrease with the increase of initial loads,and increased with the increase of concrete strength and steel strength.Deduce the bearing capacity calculation formula through the intensity of cross section conversion method.Analysis the influence of the bearing capacity under different steel initial load,different outsourcing concrete strength,different strength of core sections and differentsection size through establishe ABAQUS finite element model based on the test data and verify the rationality.Research on mechanical properties and bearing capacity of axially loaded steel columns reinforced by outsourcing carbon fiber concrete while under load base on the existing experimental data and related conclusions through establishe ABAQUS finite element model.Analysis influence of the bearing capacity under different steel initial load,different strength of core sections and different section size through the finite element model.The ultimate bearing capacity of reinforced members decrease with the increase of initial loads,and increased with the increase of concrete strength and section size.The bearing capacity of carbon fiber reinforced concrete components is bigger than the reinforced concrete component under a certain number of carbon fiber volume fraction,but the extent is small.
