| As the global automotive industry matures, the domestic automobile manufacturing industry is developing rapidly. China has surpassed the U.S. as the world’s largest automobile production and sales. But a large number of core components have been monopoly of foreign manufacturers and the key parts are imported or joint production. With the development of the national automobile industry, the localization of automotive electronic technology has become an inevitable choice to reduce the costs of national automobile production. Body electronic control technology as one of the core technology of the automobile electronic technology, gone through the traditional peer-to-peer communications technology, integrated control technology, has now grown to a distributed control bus technology.Because of the current shortcomings of centralized control body system, this paper proposes the hybrid network of bus body control system. The system can plug multiple CAN/LIN node, and the nodes communicate through the gateway to realize the modularization series of the bus-body control system. The author chooses the air conditioning control panel and the combination switch as a typical node, in combination with the actual application requirements of the bus-body control system of vehicle manufacturers, designs the fault self-diagnosis. This research is consistent with the current automotive electronics development trend of energy saving, environmental protection, smart, and having broad application prospects.This paper completed the preliminary investigation, topology diagram and schematic designs. The system was build a test model of the hardware in the loop, realizes the virtual simulation of the body, further improves the exploration and diagnostics of the controller of the body, and enhances the reliability and security of body control system. |
