With the continuous mining and utilization of the limited fossil energy on Earth, energycrisis becomes the biggest problem of humanity practice. It has already been put in front ofpeople. Meanwhile, the fossil fuel releases a large number of carbon compounds. This kind ofcompounds has led to global warming and severe damage of natural ecological environment fora long time, by which human survival and development have been affected seriously. Thedevelopment and utilization of new pollution-free energy have been put on the agenda bycountries around the world. Thus, exploitation and using of new green circular energy areconsidered to be a significant study related to human survival and development. The exploitationand utilization to the inexhaustibility of solar energy has quite broad prospects and far-reachingsignificance.From the early20th century to the present, the most effectually use of the solar exploitationis turning photovoltaic power generation technology into electricity. The transition from solarenergy acquisition into electrical energy is the key point of photovoltaic power generationtechnology. However, due to the complex changes in the weather, the randomness of sunlightintensity and the divergence of the illumination, it is difficult to turn the solar energy into theelectricity. At the present, to a large extent, the solar power generation has been adopting thefixed tracking system rather than changing in accordance to the running of the sun. Therefore, the conversion rate of the electrical energy is relatively low. Theoretically, compared to the fixedtracking system, it may increase about35%of the conversion rate by adopting the uniaxialhybrid tracking technology of solar energy.By decreasing the number of stepping motors, reducing the energy consumption of solartracking system and increasing the amount of turning solar energy into electricity, in this paper, this kind of tracking control system has reduced the solar energy power generation costs on thebase of the stability of photovoltaic power. Besides, the tracking system mainly adopts uniaxialactive/passive hybrid control tracking system. Tracking the sun from east to west, the electricmotor adopts5-phase hybrid stepping motor to make the sunlight perpendicular to the panelreceiver. The tracking system takes the photoconductive resistance as a sensor of gathering thesunlight signal which converts the sunlight signal to the measurable voltage signal. This is thesignificant component of the tracking system. The voltage signal sends pulse signal to thestepping motors of control system by transformation. By analyzing the5-phase hybrid steppingmotors in the operation of solar energy tracking system, this paper concludes the math meticalmodel in the single-step operation and simulated results in the stable situation. The results provethat reducing the starting steps can lower the energy consumption.
