Regulating valve is the key elentment of speed control ciecuit,but speed controlciecuit is the key of hydraulic system. Throttling governing ciecuits obtained thewidespread application with its power unit weight is light, easy to realize stepless speedregulation,short start-up time, convenient operation and low cost.But, the throttlinggoverning ciecuits witch with throttle valve its load characteristics is poor,the loadinfluence the speed more,and the stability of speed is lower.The root cause of it ispressure difference is not stable.When the load is changed,it will cause pressuredifference changed of throttle valve.For the valve which have a fixed length of theopenings,when the pressure difference changed,the flow willchanged too,so this causesthe speed of the hydraulic actuator is not stable. Throttling governing ciecuits with thespeed control valve.whose speed stability improved greatly,which because of thepressure difference more than its least pressure difference,when the speed control valveis working.,at this time,the the pressure difference of speed control valve when thehydraulic through is fixed.This paper adopts the experiment and numerical simulationstudy method to research the speed control valve.Main contenys as follows:In chapter one,this paper expounds the background and signifinance;Itroduce thedevelopment of electro-hydraulic proportional control system;Summarizes the workingprinciple of speed control valve and current situation;This paper summarizes the mainresearch contents.In chapter two,Introduced the common structure of three speed control valveand itsworking priciple;In this chaptor,decided the design scheme.In chaptor three,analysised the speed control valve and summarized its workingpriciple.In chaptor four,design the speed control valve, which on the basis of analysis infront.In chaptor five, experiment the speed control valve,analysis the result and putforward the improvement measures.In chapter six,build the mathematical model of speed control valve and use ofSimulink simulation software plate it modeling,for improve it.Finallly,this thesis research and achievements are summarized,and looks forword tothe next research work.
