| As what is known to all,multi-way valve is the core control element of the engineering machinery,and the pros and cons of the property has a great influence to the overall work performance of engineering machinery.At the same time,the pressure compensation valve as one of the core components of load-sensing proportional multi-way valve,its property that is good or not directly affects the working characteristics of multi-way valve and the working performance of hydraulic system.Therefore,the research on pressure compensation valve of load-sensing proportional multi-way valve has certain practical value.The structure of pressure compensation valve in M4 load-sensing proportional multi-way valve different from other forms of pressure compensation valve,and the relevant research literature of pressure compensation valve in M4 load-sensing proportional multi-way valve is less,so,the case for further study is very necessary.Firstly,this paper introduces the M4 load-sensing proportional multi-way valve’s structure characteristics and working principle,expounds the structure and working principle of pressure compensation valve;Setting up 3d model for pressure compensation valve and main directional control valve,combined with the mathematical software MATLAB,received that the port’s flow area and hydraulic diameter curve of pressure compensation valve and main valve,which provides the theoretical foundation for the subsequent simulation.Secondly,in this paper,sets up 3d model for internal flow channel of the pressure compensation valve、the main directional valve and two phase valve body,makes the model more close to actual situation,and proceed simulation analysis by the FLUENT software,research that the internal flow characteristics of the pressure compensation valve more really and accurately;With Tecplot and CFD-post to analysis the simulation results,express the internal flow phenomenon of pressure compensation valve more clearly and intuitively,get the model’s motion pattern、velocity vector distribution nephogram and stress nephogram.Results show that the throttling groove of pressure compensation valve exist vortex phenomenon,the bottom of throttling groove in the main directional valve exists reflux,and the maximum speed located at the throttling groove.When keeping the pressure differential of in and out port is a constant,with the increasing of inlet pressure,the velocity vector distribution nephogram is similar,the stress distribution nephogram also doesn’t have obvious change.Therefore,only change the inlet pressure(due to differential pressure is constant,the outlet pressure is also change)that has not significantly affect to the static characteristic of the pressure compensation valve.With the increase of valve opening,pressure compensationvalve mouth of vortex phenomenon significantly weakened and even disappeared.In a word,the model has good static characteristics.Finally,set up a mathematic model of the pressure compensation valve and deduced the transfer function block diagram.Using AMEsim simulation software to establish the system simulation model of a pressure compensation valve and the reversing valve,analyzes the dynamic characteristics of pressure compensation valve.It is concluded that the load、the forerunner pressure and internal core damping hole diameter size of pressure compensation valve influence its dynamic performance.The results show that the mouth opening of pressure compensation valve influenced by load,the load is smaller,the response is faster,mouth opening value will more easy to achieve stability.Keep the mouth opening of the main valve is the same,as the change of load,the flow of oil cylinder basic remain unchanged.Differential pressure of pressure compensation valve on both ends is a constant value after the changes over the load.Internal damping hole of pressure compensation valve has influence on its response performance and stability.The appropriate damping hole diameter will reduce the impact of hydraulic while its response speed won’t be affected. |
