With the rapid development of industry, scroll compressor with the advantage ofenergy consumption, compact structure, smooth operation is applied more widely.Dueto inherent structural limitations of traditional type a single line scroll compressor,area utilization factor and efficiency will be restricted.Using the new combined lineimprove the overall performance of scroll compressor is a key to solve this problem.The paper first discusses the combination of line meshing condition, thederivation of the universal line equations and plane curve theory, draw the line of thearc-segment and wall thickness combination, and make fundamental comparison onarc-segment wall thickness combination of line scroll and a circular involutescroll.Then on the basis of the combination line theory, this paper use APDL ofANSYS program of the structural parameters of the scroll plate and establishparametric analysis model of two scrolls.The design results show, set of key structuralparameters and extraction, the relationship re-assignment can be a different analyticalmodel of the scroll. This shows, the parametric design based on ANSYS of scrollplate, effectively solved the program that the establishment of the vortex disk modelby3D CAD design software import in ANSYS as an analytical model can not beregenerated, improved the design and analysis of efficiency of the scroll.In addition, this article use ANSYS carry out quantitative analysis andcalculation on stress and deformation of two scrolls and parameterized finite elementanalysis model under different temperatures and temperature difference.The resultsshow, the stress and deformation of two scrolls under different temperature andtemperature difference is essentially the same, and combined vortex line disk structureis simple, easy processing, has a larger volume of utilization and content of the plotratio, has a higher overall characteristics.therefore, arc-segment, such as wallthickness combination of line scroll to optimize the overall performance of the scrollcompressor is basically feasible.
