The absorption acoustic material is an effective measure which could reduce noiseand improve acoustic environment.It is very pivotal to choose and dispose the soundabsorption material in the architecture such as odeums and cinemas,etc.Its mainfunction is to weaken the reflection of incidence voice,eliminate reecho voice,shortenand control the reverberation time,and meliorate the timbre condition of therooms.Therefore,it is very necessary to investigate how to more effectively utilizesound absorption material in the times that people’s request is higher of such view andact architecture.Sound Absorber as the main technical means of hall acoustic designand noise control is used extensively.It can be used to control reverberation time ofhall,some public traffic building,such as the sound absorber at architetural celingplateand wall in the airport lounge of aerodrome and the waiting room of stationect,eliminate the acoustic defects as echo and sound focus in hall and so on to enhancesound insulation of light and thin wallboard,using sound proof cover and acousnoise-barrier for machine equipment can enhance its depressed noise effect,such asreduce the noise in room or industry mill building,the pipe alley muffler atarichetecure air handing and air condintion system debase the noise in pipe alley.Sothat,no matter what controlling reverberation time,reducing noise,improving sounddiffuseness and eliminating acoustic defect,that need using sound absorbers,research ofacoustic characteristics of sound absorber is significance to architecture acoustic andnoise control.In this paper,mode,distortion,sound pressure level distributing and optimization ofsound absorber on the wallare studied by the finite element program ABAQUSundersound wave,and sound absorber attach to the lowest price satisfed with acousticrequire.Finally,the choice and disposal of sound absorber of medium—sized councilchamber are studied.First of all,the numerical modeling of sound absorber model on the wall isanalyzed under sound waves.The calculation results including displacement responseof sound absorption plate,sound pressure level distributing situation are compared withdifferent sound pressure,frequencies.According to the calculation results,the naturalfrequencies and mode shapes are attained.The results show that when the sound wavefrequency approached to the first natural frequeccy,sound absorption effect is better,ifit approached to the second natural frequeccy,sound absorption effect is lower.It meets the acoustic characteristics of the resonance sound absorption material.Lastly,the model of council chamber without sound absorption material isanalyzed under sound waves.And sound absorber are layed on side wall by calculationresults.Compared with this,two models,the way to choose and dispose sound absorberproperly,makes sound pressure Level distributing uniformed relatibely,avoids too muchsound reflection,namely the defects of echo,improves acoustic effect.
