Civil shipping and naval equipment development request low noise?comfort?stealthy performance,elastic vibration and noise radiation of propeller is one of the main research direction.At present,the numerical simulation of propeller blade vibration and noise is seldom involved.In this paper,the numerical simulation of propeller blade vibration sound pressure in flow field is completed:Based on the lifting surface method,the ANPRO program calculates the open water performance of the propeller,which is in good agreement with the experimental results.Considering the induced velocity,this paper calculates the inflow velocity and effective attack angle of the blade profile in different radius.Describing the acoustic-solid coupling finite element method,using the finite element software ABAQUS to calculate the "dry" and "wet" modes of propeller under the "built-in" boundary conditions,applying instantaneous excitation,we verify the correctness of the frequency analysis of single blade by the frequency response analysis.This paper introduce discrete vortex method theory,according to the standard strip analysis,we get a series of 2D profiles.We use the self-written calculation program based on two-dimensional discrete vortex to complete the vortex simulation on the edges of the blade section and calculate the fluctuating pressure load in blade section boundary.Based on the simplified condition of the ideal procedure,this paper succeeds in converting the two-dimensional fluctuating pressure load on the blade surface to three-dimensional surface.In ABAQUS,this paper establishes the finite element model of the propeller and the outside water.At the same time by using the acoustic-solid coupling method,we calculate the sound pressure level of the blade elastic vibration induced by the fluctuating pressure loads response of blade edges at any water domain position.This paper analyses the characteristics of the sound pressure level in flow field of propeller vibration.
