The Study On Real-Time Data Acquisition Monitoring And Control For Gas Film Seal With Outside Gas Source

With the excellent performance of being regulated and controlledon-line, the gas film seal with outside gas source is rarely studied at homeand aboard, comparing with all other kinds of traditional gas film seal.The theory and file about the data acquisition monitor and controltechnology real time for gas film seal with outside gas source is rarelyfounded domestic and overseas. The status monitor and active controlon-line program for gas film seal with outside gas source is proposed inthis paper. The status monitor, active control and experiment test arestudied and discussed systematically and overall in this paper. The workmachine can run safely，continuously and effectively.The real-time data acquisition monitor system of gas film seal withoutside gas source is developed autonomously by using LABVIEW inthis paper. According to the chosen monitor targets, the hardware sensorsare selected. The hardware system is built. The experiment rig is built andexperiment devices are connected effectively. The real-time dataacquisition monitor system is applied and the running status of seal is monitored successfully. The face running status is reflected accuracy andin time by the chosen parameters. The effectiveness and reliability ofsystem are confirmed.The control system of gas film seal with outside gas source is built.The amount of control experiments are accomplished on the seal test rigconstructed autonomously, the gas film thickness hoand gas leakage Qidentified as the adjustment targets respectively. The gas film thickness hoand gas leakage Q can be controlled in the ideal rang by adjusting thequench gas pressure, under the disturbing condition of the seal gaspressure being increased and decreased. The automatic controlexperiment is accomplished innovatively on the basis of automaticcontrol device and control software system. The influential factors ofautomatic control experiment are analyzed, the solutions are proposed forthe problems.The groundbreaking research for gas film seal with outside gas sourcein the field of status monitor and control is achieved in this paper. Theproblems of seal failure under unstable condition are solved. The life ofseal is prolonged. The massy foundation of increasing veracity of monitorand control and industry apply in future is founded.
