Water hydraulic transmission technology has a wide application prospect and research value in food, pharmaceutical,electronics, biological engineering, ocean mining and other fields for its high safety,compression coefficient,use and repair of low cost,energy etc.With the energy crisis caused by the oil depletion, people’s increasing emphasis on environmental protection, precision machining technology and new materials developing, hydraulic technology has become a frontier topic in hydraulic at home and abroad.Hydraulic pump is the core part of the whole hydraulic system,while the gear pump is widely used with simple structure and process.This paper based on considering the special physical and chemical properties of water designed the water hydraulic gear pump which was Long service life, reliable operation and excellent performanceThis paper put the water hydraulic technology in the gear pump in the basis of the analyzing and summarizing the domestic and foreign literature for the first time and deeply studied its structure and properties.lt had done the systematically analysis and research in the light of pure water hydraulic gear pump flow pulsation,low volume efficiency, unbalanced radial force and trapped oil,and deduced the hydraulic gear pump optimal axial clearance, radial clearance expressiones which laid the oretical foundation for the structure design and digital simulation of hydraulic gear pump.Considering the characteristics of the physical and chemical properties of water medium, this pape proposed the water external meshing gear pump overall structure scheme on the basis of the hydraulic structure design of gear pump and did optimization design, the theory analysis and simulation research for the whole and the key components. Finally, the paper respectively put the mineral oil and water as the working medium to conduct the internal flow field simulation of gear pump,and got the internal pressure and law of velocity distribution of hydraulic gear pump.The research findings provide a useful guide and reference when the water hydraulic transmission technology was used in the gear pump.Figure [27] table [7] reference [67]...
