Variable speed hydraulic technology as a new type of energy-saving drive mode, it can reduce energy loss of the overall hydraulic system, energy-saving effect is remarkable, improve the efficiency of the whole system, so it has a brilliant application prospect in the hydraulic system. At present, The high-end embedded systems with the operating system kernel is a compact, modular high degree of support for multi-tasking functions.however, Applied to control purposes, the MCS-51function has been strong enough to meet the requirements of the majority of occasions in the control areas. In order to make this variable speed hydraulic technology have better application, his paper will design a test-control system, which uses Embeded MCU as its main controller, to collect hydraulic pressure signal and display waveforms and output control signal in the experiment of variable speed pump control motor speed control system.By the analysis of structure and operating principle of the variable speed hydraulic system, this paper ascertain the output signal type of sensors, control signal output of transducer and proportional directional valve and proportional relief valve, so as to design the general structure and function of signal conditioning circuit and test-control system. This paper elaborate hardware design and upper and lower computer software design of the test-control system.The test-control system hardware contains Embedded MCU minimum system A/D modul、D/A module、USB communication module、signal conditioning circuit and so on. It design the schematic diagram and PCB of signal conditioning circuit and test-control system, moreover, processed circuit board and soldering the component on the circuit board, and manufacture the hardware product. Upper computer VB program of test-control system contains communication function module、waveform function module and so on.Lower computer program of test-control system contains main program、A/D module subprogram、D/A module subprogram、USB communication subprogram and so on. All Lower computer Software is debugged on-line through applying Wave software and Wei Fu simulator, and by means of the realization of debugging the data acquisition and sending Data to upper computer via LCD display programs via USB interface programs, it has been prove that the design of hardware and software is correct, and the test-control system can collect and display the dynamic parameter of variable hydraulic system.Through the experiment and debugging of the hardware and upper and lower computer software, it shows that the test-control system of the variable speed hydraulic system based on MCU can display and collect real-time multiple hydraulic parameters at the same time. the design will provide excellent reference for the application of the hydraulic system.Figure [83] table [15] reference [49]...
