This thesis researches the development of the supervisory information system in the plant level of fossil fuel power plant in China. Analyses the technical feature and the typical structure models of the supervisory information system .As one of the basic section of the supervisory information system,the auxiliary control system has been studied emphatically. The development and application of fieldbus control echnology and industrial ethernet technology in the auxiliary control system has been researched also.The auxiliary control system in this task is based on PLC control technology, using the advanced modern control technology and theory. The thesis lay emphasis on QUANTUM PLC ,the product of Schneider Electric Corporation. Analyses and researches QUANTUM PLC device and the echnology of communication worknet.According to the actual demand of Shanghai wujing Power Plant,a design proposal of CHUHUI auxiliary control system has been supplied.In order to fulfill this task, Modbus Plus worknet and Modbus TCP/IP worknet based on QUANTUM PLC has been studied emphatically.Combined with the condition of auxiliary workshops in Shanghai wujing Power Plant, the design proposal of CHUHUI auxiliary control system has been analysed and researched.Finally,a project of uint#1-#4 Fly Ash Control System based on Modbus serial communication and Visual Basic for CHUHUI workshops of Shanghai wujing Power Plant has been designed and supplied.
