Electric vehicles to drive as a power, high efficiency, zero pollution emissions, and a series of advantages, has become the dominant direction of the automotive industry. Permanent magnet synchronous motor in its power factor, the moment of inertia is small, easy maintenance, high reliability, significant energy saving at the same time, there is a very superior speed performance. Control an important part of high-precision speed sensor as the motor frequency, due to the cost and use of environmental constraints, to the system’s overall research and a lot of inconvenience. Permanent magnet synchronous motor speed sensorless direct torque control technology is applied to the new energy vehicles in the refrigeration system has a very important theoretical significance and practical value.The system of electric car air conditioning systems, the scroll compressor housing, permanent magnet synchronous motor, inverter and controller components, the use of control without speed sensor, not only to optimize the mechanical structure of the system, but also improve its overall operating performance. First a brief introduction on the scroll compressor structure and working principle, and the permanent magnet synchronous motor control technology; and then focuses on the mathematical model introduced permanent magnet synchronous motor, and a detailed analysis of this system uses within the rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor speed sensorless direct torque control theory and its implementation, followed by the theory of the Matlab software simulation, which is theoretically proved its feasibility.Under the guidance of the theory, the use of power electronics technology, the system from both hardware and software aspects of the control strategy. The hardware part of Motorola, Inc. MC56F8037DSP main control chip, the car battery to330V flyback converter is the brightest chip electricity, while in Germany the Infineon FSBB30CH60smart power module driver, with high-precision operational closed loop amplifier OPA2365voltage and current acquisition; software part of the internal rotary permanent magnet synchronous motor speed sensorless direct torque control using C language and the various types of performance tests required for new energy vehicles cooling system. The test results ultimately proved the practicality of the theory and all kinds of superiority.
