Hua Neng Dalat power plant1st Boiler is1025/18.44-M subcritical boiler by the B&W company of Beijing. In the past10years, the package of wall superheater and roof superheater superheaters frequently dehiscenced. The stable of power plant was seriously impacted, so it resulted in the significant economic losses. In this paper, it analyzed the Dalate1st power plant the package of wall superheater by the statistics and sampling test.It shows that the main reason of superheater fins crack is the welding structure unreasonable. Therefore, by the rational arrangement of the weld seam position and form, and minimal distortion of the construction sequence, it can effectively reduce the stress and distortion of welding. It can avoid the power plant operation frequently burst pipes, and it reduces the economic losses.It can help improving the safety and economyof the power plant.
