Design Decisions Of Zhoushan Island Network Transmission Line

With the strategy implementation of "revitalization of the ocean, the development of marine, and focus on promoting the development of Hebei coastal area, Jiangsu coastal development, Zhejiang islands of Zhoushan new area development, the west side of the Straits Economic Zone Development, building the blue Shandong Peninsula Economic Zone in "Economic and social development in the Twelfth Five Year Plan". Island power interconnection as an important part of the island infrastructure construction, the speed will quickly improve. Island interconnection transmission line project, however, has large-scale investment, difficult construction period and long, its design is extremely difficult to ascertain, which requires a reasonable and reliable scientific program decision-making method.This study analyzed the characteristics of the island interconnection transmission line design, systematic analysis of domestic and foreign investment evaluation and decision theory, put forward the idea of the Evaluation and Selection of the island interconnection transmission line design. And thus the introduction of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process based on triangular fuzzy numbers. Thus, this paper introduces the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process based on triangular fuzzy numbers to create a design scheme comparison model. Finally, select the "Zhoushan mainland220kV interconnector project" is the object of the study program evaluation, prove the correctness of the model, and to lay the foundation for comparison and selection of decision-making for the island networking project design and also provide a reference for program decision-making of other key projects.
