Wind turbine gearbox is one of the key components of a wind turbine. In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of a typical1500kW wind turbine gearbox was researched, the main research contents include:1) The first, using the function of parameterized modeling to estabilish the three-dimensional solid models of all helical gears in the gearbox by Pro/E modeling software; Secondly, establishing the models of the rest components in the gearbox, such as the input shaft, former cover, bushing, etc; Finally, according to the relative position and the actual connection situation of the various components in the gearbox, assembling all the components and setting the connection properties between each other. So as to solve the modeling and assembly problems for a complex structure.2) For the high-speed-level gear pair and the low-speed-level planet carrier, using the Pro/MECHANICA to carry out the model analysis and gets the first five natural frequencies and the gear pair’s vibration modes; Then, defining the finite element analysis and meshing in Pro/MECHANICA so as to generate the batch operations command files, which will next be imported into ANSYS through the interface between Pro/MECHANICA and ANSYS as well as using the ANSYS to carry out the finite element analysis.3) Comparing the analysis results obtained through the above two methods respectively and combining the advantages and disadvantages of Pro/MECHANICA and ANSYS, a new feasibility method was discussed to make up the shortcomings of the each other and which could solve the problem of importing compatibility for the complex assembly. |
