As an important mechanical assembly of the wind turbine gearbox has a bad working environment,resulting in a higher failure rate.Gear fault is the most common fault of the gearbox.When the gearbox fails,it will affect the normal operation of the whole wind turbine,reduce the power generation efficiency,and bring greater economic losses.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the dynamic characteristics of wind power gearbox transmission system under gear failure condition by dynamic simulation.In this paper,the virtual prototype model of wind turbine gearbox transmission system was established,and the dynamic simulation was carried out separately under the conditions of rigid body,rigid-flexible coupling,planetary gear train fault,parallel stage fault,variable speed and variable load,and the fault features were analyzed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.The gearbox transmission system of a 750 KW wind turbine was established and assembled by using Creo elements/pro 5.0,and then the assembly was imported into ADAMS dynamic simulation software for dynamic simulation.The feasibility of the model is verified from two aspects of speed and meshing force.2.The coupled dynamic model of the transmission system was established by using ANSYS software to make the models of solar wheel,medium-speed shaft and high-speed shaft flexible.Comparing the coupled model with the whole rigid-body model from three aspects of speed,displacement and meshing force,and the results showed that the rigid-flexible coupling model is closer to the actual model.3.Based on the coupled model under normal working conditions,the fault models of planetary gear train and fixed-shaft gear train of wind turbine gearbox were established respectively,and the dynamic simulation of these two kinds of fault models was carried out respectively.The feasibility of the fault model was verified by comparing the simulation value of meshing force with the theoretical value.4.Aiming at the rigid-flexible coupling model of wind power gearbox transmission system under the condition of high-speed pinion gear failure,simulation analysis was carried out under the condition of variable speed and variable load respectively,and the influence of variable speed or variable load on the dynamic characteristics of high-speed pinion gear failure was obtained.The results showed that the gear failure characteristics and the stability of gearbox are more affected by variable speed condition than by variable load condition.
