Research On Outdoor Environment Design Of The Farmer Settlement Area In Changsha

Respecting human demands is the core content of the human design. China has entered the fast urbanization period, as a product of urbanization,the problems of the landless peasants and the farmer settlement area are getting increasingly serious, the contradiction between the customs of the landless peasants and the urban life is also more serious. These problems reflect on the incompatibility between the habits, customs and traditions, local culture of the landless peasants and the outdoor environment of the farmer settlement area. The fact that landscape studies in this research field is weak and of high practical significance makes the outdoor environmental design research of the farmer settlement area particularly urgent and important. This article has made some achievements in the exploration of the design of the farmer settlement area, which can be summarized as the following three aspects:1. The theoretical study of the residential outdoor environment of farmer settlement area. Starting with the residential area of design theory and the environmental behavior theory, combining with sociology, psychology, and architectural research in this area, summarizing the theory of landscape science in this field so as to make directions for the investigational stage, and also for the theoretical basis of the design phase.2. Outdoor environment research of the farmer settlement area. Selecting a representative peasant resettlement area built in Changsha City to investigate, summarizing the outdoor environmental problems of farmer settlement area in Changsha City, researching the characteristics of the outdoor demand of the landless peasant so that to provide a realistic basis for peasant resettlement area outdoor environments.3. The design study of the outdoor environment of the farmer settlement area. Based on the research and analysis on the problems in the outdoor environment, put forward the targeted design ideas, the existing landscape of outdoor environmental design in farmer settlement area in Changsha City in order to meet the groups needs and philosophy.The study is based on outdoor environment of the farmer settlement area and landless peasant demand in Changsha City, designing to explore the residential placement of outdoor environmental design patterns which based on meeting the needs of landless peasants, restore and protect the original aspects of life of the peasants, improve the user-friendly design theory.
