With the Process of Urba nization, It beco mes more and more essentia l tobalance the urba n and rura l develop me nt. The proble m on Agric ulture, Rura l areasand Peasants is to become e vident because o f the c hange o f socia l structure and theformatio n of dua l econo mic structure in urba n and rura l areas. Under thesecirc umsta nces, the cons tructio n a nd deve lop ment of rura l areas is to be c hangedcorrespond ingly.As an important type of the village, the villa ge in r eso urce regio ns has itsdifferent characteris tic. Due to the resource, especia lly the undergro und resource,the villa ge locatio n se lection a nd construction is to be differe nt. Sha nxi pro vince isin possess ion o f a ffluent Coal Reso urces. With the powerful impetus o f reso urcesecono my, the villa ge deve lopme nt in these areas faces a series of iss ues. Thepurpose o f this d issertatio n is to establish the factor assessme nt sys te m on villa gelocatio n selectio n, through the compre hens ive ana lys is with a ll kinds of influe nc ingfactors.The firs t chapter is to introduce the origin, backgro und, purpose and mea ningof the d issertatio n, then to exp la in the corre lative concept a nd go into particula rsabout the conte nt, method, and the fra me work of the stud y.The second chapter is the literature revie w at home and abroad, to provide thebasic theory and research results.The third chapter is to a na lyze the history a nd status q uo about the Villa ge inConcentrated Regio ns of the Coal Reso urces, especia lly in the Mined-out Area, inShanxi province, the n point o ut s ix typ ica l iss ues on the loca l villa ge deve lopme nt.The fo urth c hapter is the acade mic study o n the villa ge locatio n se lectio n,inc lud ing the influe nc ing factors, the spatia l dema nd and the spatia l evo lutionpattern, to provide the research co nc lus ions a nd theoretica l S upport for nextchapter.The fifth c hapter is the most important part o f the dissertation. To estab lis h therelatio ns hip between the villa ge deve lop ment and the resource status, the princ ipal of the villa ge location se lectio n is p ut forward firstly. The n comb ined with thecondition o f this k ind o f villa ge, especia lly the M ined-out Area, the influe nc ingfactors o f villa ge location se lection are a na lyzed in deta il. F ina lly, the factorassessment syste m on villa ge location se lectio n is estab lished, whic h is based onthe compre hens ive a na lys is with a ll k inds o f influe nc ing factors.The s ixth chapter is the conc lus ion o f the d issertation. The author comme nts onthe villa ge constructio n and prospects on the future de ve lopme nt o f the villa ge inresource regions.
