In recent years, with the continuous improvement of urbanization level, the rapid expansion of urban construction land and the lack of understanding of the value and importance of wetlands, the wetland area has been drastically reduced, biodiversity has been lost, ecological functions and ecological values have been weakened, and ecosystems have been Serious damage, but also caused a shortage of urban freshwater resources, frequent urban shackles.Coal resource-based cities, rich coal resources bring great development momentum to the city, but with the exploitation of coal resources, the emergence of goafs and subsidence areas seriously affects urban security and development. In summary, the current common problems in cities: water imbalance caused by wetland attenuation;special problems in coal resource-based cities: coal mine goaf and coal mining subsidence area;common problems and special problems simultaneously appear to coal resources Urban planning and construction brings severe challenges.Based on the functional integration of functional wetland and coal resource-based cities, this paper explores the new model of coal resource-based urban ecological planning based on an in-depth understanding of the development status and existing problems of coal resource-based cities. The main research work of the thesis is summarized as follows:(1)Analyzing the theoretical and practical results of functional wetlands, summing up the methods of ecological planning of coal resource-based cities from some cases at home and abroad, and constructing the theoretical platform of ecological planning of coal resource-based cities based on functional wetlands.(2)Interpret the planning background of the central area of coal resource-based cities, investigate the status quo of its construction, analyze the development conditions of its land use,and summarize the problems it faces in the development process.(3)Through the analysis of the ecological status quo of the planned area, including the current situation of waterlogging risk assessment, the current wetland ecological structure, the current situation of coal mine goaf and goaf ground collapse risk zoning, the three important limiting factors are superimposed and integrated,so as to obtain a new wetland ecological structure, first considering the planning of regional geological safety under the premise of Combine it with the functional layout of the planning area to establish its planning structure.(4)To study the integrated planning model of wetland and human settlements in the central urban area of coal-resource-based cities,we mainly plan and construct from four aspects, namely, land use, road traffic, greening landscape and coal mining subsidence area.In the aspect of land use,it focuses on the planning of wetland and residential land, industrial land and green space;in the aspect of road traffic,it mainly studies the planning mode of "double coupling" between wetland and road traffic system, and classifies the road network in the central urban area;in the aspect of greening landscape,it focuses on the planning and construction of wetland landscape system from wetland patches, corridors and substrates; In the aspect of coal mining subsidence area, the planning and design are mainly carried out from three aspects:the problems faced by coal mining subsidence area, the strategy of ecological restoration, the planning and layout of wetland and coal mining subsidence area.(5)By comparing the schemes before and after the intervention of the theory of functional wetlands, the construction of functional wetlands can ensure the safe development and construction of cities and improve the ecological structure of urban wetlands, and solve the ecological imbalance of water resources in coal-resource-based cities, coal mine goaf and coal mining subsidence areas.By studying the functional integration model of functional wetland and coal resource-based cities, this paper provides the basis for the ecological planning and construction of coal resource-based cities in the future.
