It’s a trend, in the study and application of Self-compacting concrete (SCC), to controlSCC by rheological methods. There are two problems in the study and application of SCC,from the review and comparing: first, the rheo-meters, existing engine styles, aren’t able toapply into site as the high price and cumbersome stuff. Second, it’s terribly experiencingand qualitative for the workability tests and test-systems, existing gravity styles, to test theperformance of fresh SCC.Through the idea of multiplying the one point workability tests, the improved L-boxrheo-meter was developed. The improved L-box rheo-meter tests were operated, therheology curves were painted and studied, and the rheology principles of improved L-boxrheo-meter test were completed. It is relational between the results of rheo-meter tests andworkability tests, which means that the accuracy of improved L-box rheo-meter test issufficient to meet the site requirement, and the first problem was tackled in some degree.The inversion of rheological parameters from workability tests based on ANFIS, whichcan inverse numbered and accurate rheological parameters, was developed. And the secondproblem was tackled primarily.Here go the conclusions:①The painting and study of rheology curves, and the rheology displace of Threeranges and two scales, and stable flowing are the basis of rheology principles of theimproved L-box rheo-meter test.②The rheology principles of the improved L-box rheo-meter test, proved correct bytests, were completed.③In the controlling of the performance of fresh SCC, the accuracy of improved L-boxrheo-meter test is sufficient to meet the site requirement, the inversion of rheologicalparameters from workability tests based on ANFIS can inverse numbered and accurate rheological parameters, Central dogma of rheological apparatuses is important andapplicable.
