In recent years,with the rapid development of national highway, especially themountain highway and railway construction,tunnel blasting integrated controltechnology is increasingly widespread attention and use of.Tunnel blasting integratedcontrol technology includes the tunnel blasting equipment、drilling machinery、blasting technique、blasting safety、the numerical simulation of blasting.As one of an important part of the comprehensive control of blasting tech-nol,blasting parameter optimization has been the research focus of scholars. In theconstruction of drilling and blasting method,state of surrounding rock、blastingequipment、 charging structure、blasting parameters and other factors can clearlyaffect the blasting effect.According to different working environments,in order toachieve the best results of drilling and blasting method construction, repeated testingand optimization is strongly necessary.If the blasting parameters is selected inappro-priately, there may lead to a series of problems, for instance,the activity may causeadverse effects of project duration、safety and economic.Therefore, the blastingparameters optimized has play an extremely important significance and role of thetunnel project construction.As the objective function,the cost of the tunnel blasting excavation process isrequired precise computation,based on Zhong Hanrong blasting mathematicalmodel,we build a blasting parameters optimization model.Blasting method parameteroptimization problem of tunnel drilling blasting excavation is a complex andnonlinear programming problem,in addition,the decision variables selected will besubject to the restrictions of the real conditions,Which makes such problems difficultto use traditional mathematical methods to obtain,further more, can not find theoptimal solution.If we use the differential evolution algorithm to solve the problemof tunnel blasting parameter optimization,the results confirm that the differentialevolution algorithm for blasting parameters optimization is feasibility and efficiency.On this basis,contrary to the inadequat as poor quality and slow speed ofartificial design and supported by a CAD drawing,we research the composition andstructure of the blasting design of intelligent systems.In order to meet therequirements of large cross section tunnel blasting design,we applicate blastingdesign-principles、software engineering、artificial intelligence and other methods,researching system components、structural design、system functions,on the basis ofdiscussion which the knowledge base composed of and blasthole adaptive layout ofthe reasoning mechanism,building the structure of the tunnel blasting design ofintelligent systems.Finally,through practical examples,testing the reliability andpracticality of the system’s design results.
