There are large number of Mechanical Equipments in modern logistics project, and the grab crane which are mainly reserved for various types of material handling lifting operation play an very important role in this field. In the working process, the crane span structure were the main bearing parts. It has been considerably very effectiveness to increase crane operating efficiency, reduce labor force and ensure personnel safety. So we need to calculate the dynamics of these content devices by using the simulation technology about dynamics.If we need to analysis the dynamic of the crane accurately, experiment is the most effective and direct method, it can actually measure the load and structural stress of the crane. However it could not come true until the crane has been done. Furthermore this method would been taken long time, and caused unnecessary losses.This article discussed the necessity and practicability of using electromechanical simulation technique about dynamic study and analysis of the grab bridge crane, and analysed the dynamics characteristic about the main girder by HYPERWORKS. The main work is as follows:1. In this article, I built the finite element model of the main girder by HYPERMSH, and in order to complete the constraints and loadings of the finite element model in the statics analysis, it must to be force analysis for the main girder. Using the finite element simulation, it can to be checking structure static stiffness and strength.2. Through the modal analysis of the finite element model, we can study the natural frequency and vibration mode of the main girder, and avoid the happening of the resonance phenomenon. More then it also provides reference for dynamic analysis of data.3. Simulation the working process of the grab bridge crane, we can know the vibration deformation of the main girder. We can divide the working process into the two parts:the hoisting process and the unloading process. In the hoisting process, I consider the stress changes of wire rope and the preloaded time of wire rope. In the unloading process, I consider that it was different for the loads change of different grab things. Using the finite element software HYPERWORKS, I complete respectively the transient dynamic simulation for the hoisting process and the unloading process. According to the simulation results, we can know the change trend of the vibration size for different conditions. It can provide foundation to the dynamics analysis of grab crane.
