| Bridge crane is absolutely necessarily equipment in our national development of economy. Bridge crane will bring impact and vibration to the system, because both the weight of steel structure account for the weight of entire machine over 60% and the steel structure support mechanical load at work. The fatigue destruction of metal structure will appear if it's influenced in the vibration for a long time. At the same time, the vibration of system is disadvantageous to the operator if the parameters aren't reasonable. Therefore, investigation of dynamic characteristic on the structure of bridge crane has become the study emphasis in the design domain.Relied on practical engineering project of Tai Yuan Heavy Machinery group Ltd, the paper studies a bridge crane. It thoroughly investigates the urgent problem of static especially dynamic characteristics in the design and analysis of bridge crane by computer aided finite element analysis software named ANSYS. On the basis of that optimization to box-main-girder is well done. It provides some guiding and reference results. The main work is as follows:Firstly, analyzing and investigating bridge crane system which is composed of box-main- girder,trolley,steel rope pulley block and hoisting load, summarizing the practical project experience, the paper establishes the reasonable finite element computing model by ANSYS.Secondly, through the static analysis on the structure of bridge crane by the finite element software of ANSYS, the rule of the distributing in the two stages are calculated when the trolley with full load is in the middle of the span.Thirdly, through the modal analysis on the structure of bridge crane by the finite element software of ANSYS, the dynamic characteristic is calculated when the trolley with full load is in the middle of the span. In addition, the impact on the natural frequency of bridge crane by the place of trolley, the lifting load, the length of steel wire are analyzed. Fourthly, through the optimization analysis module of ANSYS, aiming at the box-main-girder mass be the most light, satisfying the body's requests in the vertical direction static stiffness and strength, the paper proceeded optimization to the box-main-girder of bridge crane. |
