Aircraft braking control system is an important subsystem in the aircraft which plays an important role in taking off and landing safely. With modern aircraft developing towards high speed and high reliability, aircraft braking control system becomes more and more complex,and the testing and certification of aircraft braking control system also becomes more important than ever. For safety and cost, various parameters of the aircraft braking control system can not be verified directly in the real aircraft, so it is economical and effective method to use the hardware-in-the-loop simulation to verify the the aircraft braking control system. This paper relies on the development of a certain type of aircraft braking control system for hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform, and focus on researching the servo control system of the platform.To begin with, the hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform for braking system working principles is introduced and the control requirements of the platform for the servo motor is proposed, Brushless DC Motor (BLDCM) and its control driving system as the platform of servo control system by selection is determined. Then based on the analysis of the priciple of BLDCM, the mathematical model of BLDCM is established, and the motor control method is also obtained. In the way of control strategy, after comparing several servo control methods, it sures parameters self-adjusting fuzzy PID as the control algorithm of the servo control driving system, and the simulation model is established in the MATAB/Simulink. At the same time, the hardware and the software of the permanent magnet brushless motor control system were designed. The system adopts the TMS320F2812DSP chip by TI as the main control core, the system realizes its various functions by using modularized method.In the end, the motor and its driving control system are tested by high-medium-low speed experiments. The experimental result shows that the parameters self-adjusting fuzzy PID control method, which was used in the permanent magnet brushless DC motor control system, can satisfy the demand of the servo control system and achieve the desired effect.
