Slewing mechanism is one of the important institutions of the crawler crane.At present, the closed hydraulic system technology of crawler crane is still in imitation of the design stage in china. This paper based on the the QUY160crawler crane,an enterprise development project.This paper design and research the closed hydraulic system of crawler crane slewing mechanism,explore the key technical parameters to match the design through theoretical analysis and experimental research.In order to achieve the good response characteristics of system,under the premise of the transmission advantage of the closed hydraulic system, the main work is as follows:Reviewed the recent development of the crawler crane. Introduced the principles and key technologies of the closed hydraulic system,and application status and trends on the crawler crane, it means that the closed hydraulic system has been widely used in engineering practice.Analysis the research status of dynamic characteristics of hydraulic systems in the current domestic and international,and the content and evaluation of the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic systems.This article design and analyze the working principle of the closed hydraulic system of slewing mechanism in QUY160crawler crane,and select the components of crawler crane,matching calculate it too. Based on transfer function method,build the mathematical model of the rotary closed hydraulic system and rotary open hydraulic system,and compare the system characteristics to analyze both the advantages and disadvantages and differences of closed system and open system. And build the closed hydraulic system simulation model of crawler crane slewing by the AMESim software. Analysis the make up oil displacement, charge pressure,leakage outside the motor,rotary moment of inertia and the rotation moment of resistance on the system performance by simulation.Use QUY160crawler crane as an experimental platform,test and research the rotary closed hydraulic system, the experimental results and comparative analysis of simulation results verify the accuracy of the simulation model.This article provides a theoretical reference for the design of crawler crane closed hydraulic system,and has a certain practical value and significance to the design and production of crawler cranes.
