The rail of the high-speed railway whose speed reached or exceed200km/h, must have ahigh smooth, very precise geometric linear parameters and the level of the deviation such asdirection must be kept in the millimeter. At present, China’s high-speed rail has progressiverealized technology Passenger Special Line, freight overloading, driving high-density,High-speed rail whether which is the new or the existing line faces high-speed andoverloading,Smooth is the core issue of the railway line management, but the traditionallarge-scale railway maintenance machinery operating method does not guarantee high-qualityline maintenance. Tamping machine as the important large-scale maintenance machinery,How to realize the precise maintenance for high speed ballasted railway is of greatsignificance is of great significance.To tamping machine low precise operation defects, the thesis mainly studies the method ofhigh quality detection and precise stamping and carries out following research:(1)According to the process of precision measurement and implementation, designing thetamper quality monitoring and measuring system, establishing the vehicle industrial panelcomputer and intelligent instruments for the measurement of total station instrument for realtime data communication to ensure accurate measurement real-time guide precision operation.(2)Based on the absolute measurement and control network, total station instrumentprecision repetition measurement plane elevation, obtained actual absolute coordinate formrailway line, line parameter, which can eliminate the tamping vehicle D, P residual deviation,input the simulation adjustment to the deviation control board in front of tamping vehicle,tamping signal through D/A conversion module access to the circuit, realize real-timeprecision operation, ensure that the tracks of high smooth.(3)According to the dynamic optimal fitting algorithm, before the operation ofmeasurement adjustment analysis, operation after the operation quality monitoring versine,which level of graphical realization.Tamping vehicle monitoring data to dynamic monitoringsoftware can guide the tamping machine least dials, lifting weight tamping, eliminate the needfor artificial fill in data table, avoid artificial errors, and realize the high quality and efficiencyof maintenance.Dynamic detection algorithm using the total least squares method and theweight matrix to correct for error data.
