| The power system is an important system to maintain modern urban functions. Once the power system appears to break down, the city will be paralyzed completely, causing untold economic losses. Therefore the research project—solar power vehicle—was proposed to solve the shortage of power caused by the natural disasters. In this article, overall design and the analysis of subframe were discussed. The main work the author did include:First, base on the principles of general design, the general parameters were defined, including dimension parameters and mass parameters etc, which is one of main works in general design phase. And the layout of power vehicle was schemed, which consists of the vehicle shape, body side wall, body back wall and interior layout of car body.Second, according to the subframe design principles, the section of the longitudinal beam was designed and the connection between frame and subframe was selected. And the structure of subframe was determined. The strength and stiffness of subframe were analyzed by finite element software. And in order to reach the aim of lightweight, the subframe was optimized under stiffness and strength constraints;Finally, static stability of vehicle was analyzed between the time of designed and modified. It deals with calculation of checking and examining. It can be used as a reference to the products that has the same type.Based on the design of this project, the sample is researching. The performance of power vehicle will be verified by experiments when the sample is developed. On the premise that the driving reliability and dedicated performance meet the design requirements, the product will have a good market competitiveness and broad prospects for development. |
