With the rapid development of the cities increases, the volume of cleaning tasks of public facilities such as square, the railway station and the park. Therefore, to research of suitable and adapt to the requirements of the development of modern sanitation requirements of the new、efficient、 environmentally sweeper is very important. Research and manufacturing the lightweight、economic of clean vehicles has important theoretical significance and practical value applicable to the cleaning dust removal vehicles.In this thesis, firstly, to introduce the present developing situation of the lightweight hydraulic cleaning dust removal vehicles at home and abroad. According to analyze the technical requirements of the lightweight hydraulic cleaning dust removal vehicles, the schemes of the travel hydraulic system and other working module hydraulic system were designed. In order to ensure the sweeper work under the normal driving,the continuously variable transmission and closed circulatory system was used to the running system; order to guarantee the safety of traveling and working, the tray brushes cleaning and the steering hydraulic subsystem used a steering priority diversion technology; In order to extend the service life and safety of the fan, according to addition a one-way valve in the fan circuit, it can effectively avoid the fan hydraulic impact of non-working condition when the fan rotational inertia by the operating conditions change, secondly, this system’s parameter is determined on the basis of the related parameter of the lightweight hydraulic cleaning dust removal vehicles, to complete the design and calculations of hydraulic system composed of components and the selection of the components and the design of hydraulic manifold block. Lastly, to model and simulate of two different types of the form of fan impellers in the sweeper by used the FLUENT simulation software, according to analysis and comparison the contours of the static pressure, total pressure and speed in the two types of the fan impellers, to choose a suitable structure of the fan in the sweeper.To design and research the hydraulic system of the lightweight hydraulic cleaning dust removal vehicles, and develop a prototype of the sweeper with the cooperative enterprises, apply the FLUENT simulation software to model and simulate of the structure of exhaust fan, so it is benefit to optimize the structure of the suction system, it provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of the vehicle structure. Meanwhile, to investigate and improve of the climbing and the rise of the nozzle in the prototype’s failures.
