In recent years,China's steel industry has developed rapidly in the momentum of global industrialization,and have taken off in construction,aerospace,and navigation engineering fields.This has made China's steel production industry one of the most important basic industries at present,and it is also an extremely important national economic industry.However,with the continuous improvement of the production process,the steel plant dust removal system also needs to be continuously updated.The original three sets of dust removal systems caused by the increase in the amount of flue gas generated per unit time and the increase in instantaneous smoke volume for the ultra-high-power transformation of the electric furnace refining workshop No.5 and No.1 electric furnaces in the steelmaking plant of the steelmaking plant cannot meet the requirements after the transformation.In the case of all-round debugging and investigation of existing equipment and production research in the field,a proposal was put forward for the design of the dust removal system for the refinery workshop of the existing electric furnace,and the numerical simulation design of the key dust removal equipment components such as the wind shield and the jet port was performed.The construction was carried out according to our design plan to meet the dust removal requirements of the existing system.The specific work is as follows:(1)Connect the existing 2# and 3# dust collectors in the workshop in parallel,and add side suction hoods on the tapping side of 1# and 5# electric furnaces.(2)Calculate and design a new type of uniform wind shield: that is,add a baffle inside the wind shield,and add a diversion at the corner of the air duct connecting the wind shield.The new uniform hood not only achieves the even distribution of inhaled air,but also enhances the effect of the hood on the surrounding gas.(3)Calculate and design a new type of horn-shaped jet port.The new type of jet port solves the resonance phenomenon formed in the air duct when multiple fans are working at the same time,and does not bring in foreign gas to cause a new burden on the dust removal system and secondary The entire implementation process of the pollution(4)project was strictly executed in accordance with relevant design standards and environmental protection regulations,and the expenses involved were also in line with the initial budget estimate.The transformation of the project can provide a reference for similar reconstruction projects in the future.
