With the power electronics application in industrial widely, the harmonic wave pollution becomes more and more seriously. In order to reduce the influence of harmonic wave on power grid, using the power factor correction (PFC) circuit is one of the feasible methods. By setting the PFC circuit, can reduce the total harmonic diatortion (THD) and improvre the power factor. Based on the nonlinear control (NLC), the designed circuit has the advantages of simple structure, strong robustness, high anti interference ability, so it caused widespread concern in recent years.Based on the relevant data and material and related analysis of control principle, a design method that difference with the traditional control methods based nonlinear control (NLC) technique is proposed. This paper introduces the principle of nonlinear control, the controller design of inner and outer ring, the derivation of the control function, the choice of devices, the design of various components, the demonstration of transfer function parameters. Finally successfully developed a PFC device with output of120W.Finally, the thesis has applied the way that we put forward; the related waveform would meet the requirement of design. The thesis has confirmed the feasibility of the design method by the experimental results.
