| This paper will introduce the development and the current situation of wireless communication in China railway, illustrating the needs and necessity of construction of the improvement from the existing radio train dispatching systems to450MHz model. A new scheme is proposed to reform Bao-Cheng line (from Baoji to Chengdu), which a part of the line is in the charge of Xi’an railway bureau, the scheme includes the implementation of the train dispatching system renovation, and introducing a set of design plan in different aspects from system structure, system function, frequency planning, weak field solutions, transmission channel, network management, scheduling section division, electromagnetic environment protection, bearer service and so forth. The paper indicates a process of project design, according to what the practical situation in relation to local area is, a scientific way deals with the weak field problem existing in the450MHz radio train dispatching; this solution can ensure a high quality of coverage. It is satisfy the reliability of train operation scheduling. The solution, which is utilized by450MHz radio train dispatching system in normal railway, is a safe and reliable scheme with a high level cost efficiency and practical operability. |
