In the period of12th five-year plan, China’s highway construction will be the construction of the national highway network as a leader, to strengthen the construction of cable in the inter-provincial. Faced with the rapid development of China’s highway transportation construction, demanded for raw materials is increasing, where stone is the greatest demand in highway construction. The growing scarcity of high quality natural stone with the needs of building, at the same time the negative effects of the quarry for the environment has become increasingly evident. At the same time, with the acceleration of the urbanization process, urban construction, road renovation and other infrastructure works to bring a large amount of construction waste. In addition, as the aftermath of natural disasters such as earthquakes, landslides also produce large amounts of construction waste. Construction waste is the cement concrete and red brick structure. Produce recycled aggregate crushing classification of construction waste could not only alleviate the current road construction aggregate supply and demand, and can quickly implement waste reuse.Solid waste after crushing, washing and screening classification and complement each other by a certain percentage of the aggregate will generally be referred to as "recycled aggregate." Recycled aggregate crushing particle size is divided into "recycled coarse aggregate"(particle size greater than4.75mm) with recycled fine aggregate (particle size less than4.75mm). In this paper, the mechanism of action of physical and chemical properties of recycled fine aggregates, fine aggregate in asphalt concrete, recycled fine aggregate mixing the mixture of asphalt pavement material, compared with ordinary asphalt mixture to determine a best of the content and gradation. Regeneration fine aggregate to the shortcomings of more complex and diverse composition, so select the appropriate content and gradation is very important, this can improve the regeneration fine aggregate own defects caused by the asphalt mixture performance, utilization of waste purpose.Using AC-25structure of asphalt concrete, combined with road asphalt concrete fine aggregate performance, comparative study of different recycled fine aggregate asphalt mixture with natural fine aggregate asphalt mixture performance. By testing mixture volume, intensity, high temperature performance, low temperature performance, resistance to water damage, comprehensive evaluation of recycled fine aggregate in asphalt concrete road of social and economic benefits.Experiments show that by study of the asphalt mixture strength, high temperature performance, low temperature properties, resistance to water damage performance, recycled fine aggregate asphalt mixture are weaker than the natural fine aggregate asphalt mixture, this is mainly due to the recycled fine aggregate the unique nature of the decision, but the study of recycled fine aggregate asphalt mixture performance were able to achieve or exceed China specification, technical requirements. It can be seen, recycled fine aggregate used in asphalt is feasible.
