The type of shock absorber which is the important component of the automobile suspension system is hydraulic. It improves vehicle ride comfort through the absorption of the vibration of the vehicle driving produces energy which dissipate with heat energy. The hydraulic-electricity energy regenerative shock absorber mentioned in this article recycles this energy.The thesis is based on the project of "The Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC)"——theoretical and experimental study on hydraulic transmission energy-regenerative shock absorber, simply introduces the test bench of hydraulic-electricity energy regenerative shock absorber, analysis its power generation characteristics and discusses the research method of vibration energy recovery.Firstly, the paper simply introduces the method of energy-regenerative shock absober’s energy recovery, and then makes a brief analysis of the general structure about the new type of this energy-regenerative shock absorber.Secondly, build a test bench for generator and study on the practical working features of the generator. Do the experiment and analysis the data based on the test bench of the sample machine which has been made of the project, get detailed ideas of the working features of hydraulic transmission energy-regenerative shock absorber.Finally, the article design the electric circuit of the hydraulic transmission energy-regenerative shock absorber, analysis the fundamental of DC-DC converter and DC booster chopped circuit, compare the charging ways about constant voltage, constant current and combination of this two ways。 Super capacitor and battery are compound used to power supply as energy storage device, design the hardware circuit based on L4970A and PWM controlled chip MAX668, and charging circuit of chip UC3906.
