| Speed maglev is different from traditional maglev train. In traditional maglev train, five degrees of freedom are constrained. The control system of speed maglev is simplified as two degrees of freedom. Three degrees of freedom are constrained by mechanical and centripetal effect. So, it can reduce the cost of control.The speed maglev is mainly composed of two parts of the suspension system and the propeller drive system. The suspension system consists of two U-shaped electromagnet, and the two electromagnet provide force to support the speed maglev body. Two displacement sensors at both end of the Speed maglev to provide necessary feedback. The speed maglev device uses brushless motor as the engine. And the engine will drive the propeller to generate a driving force to promote the device to run. In order to strengthen the force of the airflow, some wind boards was laid below the rail with different angles. The speed of the speed maglev can controlled by propeller speed, and the electronic governor to regulate the propeller speed.This paper mainly introduces the origin and development of magnetic levitation technology, and the main fields of application of magnetic levitation technology. Then briefly introduced the structure and control of the speed maglev device and driven strategy of speed maglev. By comparing the various drivers, to design the optimum drive mode.The author analyzed the effects of different angles on the driving force based on the speed maglev. Then the effects analysis of different angles on the driving force was done. With the calculation on the equivalent friction of the speed maglev, at the same time, the affections of the running of speed maglev was analyzed. The study concluded:When the angle of wind boards is90°, the propeller thrust is the most. When the angle of wind boards is0°, the propeller thrust is the smallest. This is consistent with the Fluent simulation of the propeller driving force. |
