| With the completion of Qinghai-Tibet railway traffic in Tibet plateau, the history ofno railway in Tibet was ended, large personnel exchanges and transport of goods froninland to Tibet become far more economic, safe and efficient. On Qinghai-Tibetplateau, because of hard natural environments, where severe cold and hypoxia, inaddition Qinghai-Tibet railway now isn’t a electrified railway, thus a KD25TQinghai-Tibet train has to be equipped with a generator car to provide electricity power,the former consumes much of power. A great many Qinghai-Tibet generator cars needto maintain and examine their running status after off line, but mere artificialinspection operation and personal manual experience significantly can’t adapt to therailway departments, yet their safe running.The generator car real-time running state monitoring and fault diagnosis research arefocused on, and a Qinghai-Tibet generator car running state test system which ownshigh automatic, multi-parameters and fault detection function was proposed, on whichthe system hardware and software design, simulation experiment.The hardware system mainly includes water resistance testing equipments, dataacquisition module, control and operation module, IPC communication module etc.Among them, water resistance test devices provide the load for generator car, dataacquisition module is mainly to collect output voltage and current parameters ofplateau generator car in different conditions. The hardware part’s main task are operatwater resistance test devices under different working conditions, detecting dieselengine’s speed, oil pressure, water temperature and generator voltage, current,generator car output voltage and current and so on. Then transmit various testingparameters real-time and efficiently to software system, for analysis and processing.The software system which adopts IPC software system based on VB mainly do testprocess controlling, monitoring and testing data real-time display, historical recordsand statements inquires, test process trend curve printing and drawing, and realizesfault diagnosis of the generator car rectifier equipments based on neural network andMatlab. On the base of processing and analysising the testing data, the generator carreliability, overall characteristics and power characteristics would be judged whethermeet the railway departments.Actual application of this system show that the Qinghai-Tibet generator car running state test system is feasible, with improving Qinghai-Tibet generator car repairand test automation degree, reducing the maintenance and test of man-made factorsand labor intensity, improving the precision and parameters of the test results. It ownscharacteristics of complete functions, simple operation, safe and reliable, convenientoperation. |
