With the development of the economic and technology, all walks of life stringent requirements on power quality and reliability of power supply. In particular, a number of important electricity sector or equipment, even if the power outage time is milliseconds, there may even lead to death or serious injury may bring catastrophic destruction of the enterprise or equipment for high-quality continuous power supply the demand for more and more pressing, such as requiring the power supply using two-way. This requires a device without interference between the dual power, dual power switching systems come into being.This paper introduces a new intelligent digital power electronics fast switching devices, and includes a lead-acid battery charging management system. The papers start with the principle of theoretical analysis system, and then set up the experimental platform and the production of functional modules to verify the actual circuit and the experimental results verify the feasibility and practicality.The system uses IGBT as an electronic switch, a substantial increase switching speed, and also introduced the system of uninterrupted supply of super capacitor energy storage devices, truly a system of energy, and controller part of the STC-enhanced single-chip digital control technology, improve the flexibility of the control system, the realization of human-computer interaction and reduce costs. Proved the power switching devices with short switching times, high reliability and fully functional, with a very broad application prospects.
