Research Of Transmission Line Production Operation Control Integration

The traditional transmission line inspection system can only achieve simple patrol management of inspections rate, which were far from meeting the actual demand of power transmission line administrative department’s production work.This paper proposes and builds an integration system of management and control for power transmission line productive operations. It integrates the functions of defect recognition, state patrol, standardized operation management, on-site monitoring, also,GPS,3G communication technology and great size industrial tablet computer of Android operating system were creatively integrated to realize "paperless operations", which can solve various problems such as practical production work inspection quality which is not high, the cumbersome work procedures of paper were cumbersome, field work were hard to control and so on.Depending on the defect management experience of zhejiang power transmission company, defect classification and identification system is built, that makes contribution to field defect analyzing of management and control system.FTA(Fault Tree Analysis) is applied to analyze the state of power transmission, base on which, an efficient periodic state inspection function is created.
