Therefore,the safety of transmission lines is an important condition to guarantee the stability of the power grid.For a long time, the defect of transmission lines mainly relies on regular inspections of each tower which are conducted by inspectors and the defect is usually judged by the naked eye. However, many transmission lines are erected in the mountains, the traffic is not convenient and the communication signal is poor, thus lead to the consequence that the defects of transmission line can not be found and reported timely; the inspection time is greatly influenced by the geography, weather and other external factors; when it’s raining and snowing, it will bring a heavy burden to the inspection work and bring a great threat to the safety of inspectors; in addition,China has vast territory,so the span of line inspection is large, the cost of operation and maintenance is very high.The intelligent remote patrol line system of transmission line can achieve patroling and managing operations of the transmission lines through the three work platforms(managing platform, monitoring platform and the patroling platform) and a sever module.VC2008 is used as the main software development platform for the system,and C ++ language is used as the main development language, meanwhile the system uses the My SQL database, DUIlib1.1 interface library and so on.With the implementation of the intelligent remote patrol line system of transmission line, it will greatly improve the timeliness and accuracy of finding the line defects and reduce labor intensity of inspectors.The system finds defects by video and image processing,and finds the causes of defect by image analysis, so it provides a basis for the defects.In summary, through the research and design of the intelligent remote patrol line system of transmission line, users will be able to know the real-time operating status of transmission lines indoors,it has great significance for the constuction of the power grid. |
