| Impeller wear of powder ejector is one of the technical Problems confronted by thermal power plant operation. Extensive study of the wear failure mechanism and the utility of surface treatment technology for protection is a hot topic at present.This article reviewed various anti-wear technologies wild-adopted in the current wear fields, compared the advantages and disadvantages of various methods. Baed on the failure mechanism analyses of the impeller of powder ejector in a thermal power plant and the summation of wear resistance effect factor of impeller, advanced ceramic metal welding technology was proposed to treat a thermal power plant pulverized impeller wear, and hardness examination was made to determining repair scheme. The results show that, the failure mechanism of impeller wear in powder ejector is corrosion, impeller after the metal ceramic welding technology processed has good resistance to corrosion wear resistance, can meet the use requirements of a six-month cycle, and be energy saving, economy and high reliability. |
