Capacitance type equipment occupies an important position in high voltage substations. Therefore, the online monitoring of capacitance type equipment insulation is of major importance for the stable operation of the power system. Paper see dielectric loss as a target quantity choice on the parameters of on-line monitoring and made the following jobs,adopt hierarchical structure of fieldbus, according to site requirements, chose temperature, humidity and current sensor and achieve the parameter setting, as to interference, using both hardware and software anti-jamming, on block system also achieved good effect.Using DELPHI7to make main interface and realize all data module development, using MS Access of Microsoft as the background of database, a scene of the hydropower station, the data table needed at the front desk and backend database connection, ADOconnection components, inquires by using a function, the main interface ADOquery programming, and realized the perfect combination, the user need only in the main interface button control operation, to avoid the background data from direct control data sheets and brings redundancy.For traditional base wave phase separation exist fence effect and spectrum leaked shortage, adopted the thoughts, and add window to the scene data, the digital simulation of MATLAB, obtained contrast figure, which demonstrates that the improved method compared with the original method has advantages.
