With promoting of the construction of the power grid, the improvement of the level of equipment and the improvement of the level of intensive management, the dispatching business will be more complex. At present, we commonly use operating cycle, process efficiency and other indicators to measure the quantitative characterization of the flow characteristics, but if we want to evaluate the process is good or bad from the general description, we must propose a set of process indicators to assess the system, with some way to explain the level of the process. It’s not enough to reflect the scheduling process characteristics tonly by the method of direct observation.At the same time,the model of the power grid dispaching has increasingly become prominent and it brings the changing of the dispaching process. So We have to evaluate the business processes is good or not.Practices and researches at home and abroad show that assessment on dispatching process is an important way for us to eluvuate the regional power grid. Therefore, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analysis methods, and applying them to the decision-making process of scheduling analysis and evaluation have theoretical and practical application value.For the optimization problem of dispatching process of regional power grid, this paper analyzes the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and uses it in dispatching process, proposing a mathematical model of process evaluation based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. By using the mathematical model, fuzzy factors and judgment of experience of policy makers are quantized, and the judgment results of process evaluation programs are generated, so as to provide scientific basis for evaluation and optimization of process program.This paper uses single-stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, extracts related eigenvalues, and establishes the model of the optimization problem of dispatching process based on above eigenvalues. The model is based on the conrrast of operating indicator between the separation of control and regulation of one to evaluate the dispaching process reasonably. Finally, examples show that, process evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can describe characteristics of scheduling processes conveniently and effectively. The model can be applied to dispatching model of regional power grid, it promotes the reasonable design of the merits of the process and improves scheduling process optimization.
