This paper is supported by the product innovation project of some Marine Diesel Enterprise “Networked Cooperative Manufacturing Technology of Marine Diesel”, Enterprise commissioned project “Process Resource Database Development of Marine Diesel”(2013JX597F), Enterprise commissioned project “Research on Integrating Technology of MES of Marine Diesel”(2013JX598F).Process planning of peoduct, to a great extent, determins the product quality, manufacturing cost and life-cycle of the products. Therefore, in the stage of process design, enterprise has to solve the problem of process optimition considering the manufacturing factors. Focuse on the process of Key Components of Marine Diesel, research on manufacturability evaluation is made combined with quality control method. Reaseach on manufacturing task decomposition and process resource deployment are also made. Process Resource Deployment Prototype System is develpoed by author with the above ideas and methods. The research contents and research results are as follows:(1) Reaserch on decomposition method of manufacturing task decomposition oriented to collaborative Process palnning is made. Description about process task is made oriented to manufacturing feature. Analytic Hierarchy Process method is used to the decomposition of manufacturing task unit. The manufacturing feature and key process requirements of part are transformed into process task model.(2) In order to get the quantitative applicability evaluation of process resources, Research on quality envalution of process resource is made based on Fuzzy theory. The information of key process index is collected, collated and scientific, Combined with the evaluation of quality economic that considering the accuracy of machine tool, evaluation of process stability that considering the stability of manufacturing, the comprehensive evaluation index can be calculated based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.(3) Research on process resource deployment is made oriented to manufacture of Marine Diesel. Combined with the manufacturing characteristics of enterprise, a two-level matching method is adopted based on the understanding of manufacturing tasks. A group of machine tools that accord with the requirements of process task are selected in first round match. The sort of process resources is made according to the device status and quality evaluation in second round match. The optimization of deployment scheme is done by longitudinal quality evalution and multi-process planning simulation.(4) Process Resource Deployment Prototype System is develpoed by author with the above ideas and methods. The overall framework of the structure and function modules of the system is designd and a prototype system of resource allocation and process optimization is developed. The application process is demonstrated by example of The key components connecting rod of Marine Diesel. The effectiveness and feasibility of research thinking are also verified through practical application.
