Research And Design Of Intelligent Coal Blending System For Power Plant

In the modern time,most of power stations are using off-designed coal,but coal mixed of many mine run coal.With the rapid growth of China’s society and economy, supply of mine run coal has become tighter and tighter,power stations are facing a situation of complex quality of coal and type of coal changing largely.Most power plants have no more scientific way of blending, but a simple blending with coal,which is not conducive to the safe and stable operation of the boiler, also cause a reduction in efficiency of coal use, increase of coal and fuel’consumption, increase of power cost.As a core technology of clean coal technologies, steam coal blending technoglogy can improve efficiency of coal use, reduce the emission of pollutants at the same time, solve issues in coal blending and using in power plant effectively.With the use of coal of2*330MW units in thermal power plant in Xinjiang Urumqi as the background, this essay conducted a study in the following areas: respectively, using the weighted average method, BP neural network and RBF Neural network to annalyze the relationship between single and mixed coal’various parameters and comparing between BP and RBF network; with RBF neural network predicting mixed coal as foundation,established mathematical model of steam coal blending,downloaded optimum coal blending schemes to PLC by OPC technology, which provides practical recommendations to realization of intelligent algorithms in PLC;build coal blending control system with Rockwell ControlLogix system on the basis of the coal conveying control system and implement network redundancy and PLC redundant to ensure system stability; Build the OPC Server to realize the coal data collection of meters,coal blending control system and the production management system,which solves the communication problems between different devices, systems interconnecteffectively.
