The Study On Zhongwei Ecological Garden City Plannin

On the basis of the national ecological garden city construction standards, combined with the Zhongwei city’s natural geography, social economy and environment conditions and so on, the study makes the research methods and near and long term targets. Based on the domestic and international ecological garden city construction theory and practical examples, the study put forward four aspects of city planning, including city green space system, city water environment, city environmental protection, biodiversity. According to the different content of planning to develop different program guiding ideology and principles, then making the main measures of planning, the main results are as follows:1. Zhongwei city green space system divided into "Three areas, Three axis, the function is complementary"."Three areas" refers to the norther sand-fixation ecolgocial landscape area, central city langdscape construction area, southern the Yellow River wetland protection area."Three axis" refers to the four corners of Zhongwei and the riverside ecological axis.The research of city green space system begin from the overall layout of city green space system planning, to green space classification, near and long term planning, in order to determine the Zhongwei city green space system planning dirction.2. The study of city environmental protectiong planning combine the city environment pollution, relating to the water environment, atmospheric environment, sound environment and solid contaminants and put forward the measures of promote the quality of city environment. Finally the city will become "clean air, clean water, clean and beautiful".3. The Yellow River is the main water resource of Zhongwei city. Planning for the "one corridor, two belts, three section, seven districts" structure, based on the Yellow River coast, its divided into upper tourism landscape section, middle wetland protection landscape section and downstream agricultural economic development landscape section, from upstream to downstream, there are the Yellowe River desert tourism area, wetland ecological conservation area, water resources protection district, constructed wetland ecological park, ecological tourism zone, leisure resorts and agricultural economic zone. Zhongwei city wants to make the "the Yellow River green space landscape, the Yellowe River large landscape, the Yellow River tourism landscape". 4. Investigation and study of Zhongwei city’s existing biological resource and point out three sections about the ancient wood protection planning, three species diversity conservation planning and planning of tree species. According to different protection for different measures of planning in Zhongwei city, rich in plant species, determine the maining plant tree and the tree mix ratio, from the plant diversity, so as to realize the city biodiversity.Finally, according to the planning content, the study use law, technology, economic measures to make sure the Zhongwei city ecological garden city can get success. From these, the planning of Zhongwei city ecological garden city can improve the city environment and quality of life of residents with a certain sense and role. At the same time, the planning content and method make a guide role to other desert zone city.
