Urban drainage pipeline is an important part of urban facilities, but also the lifeblood of the town, which has important function for urban sewage and rain water discharge. With the development of our national economy and expansion of the scale of the city, more and more pipline will be constructed, whicn will bring greater demand for trenchless rehabilitation technolog.To make the town drainage pipe repair industry standardization, guarantee the project quality, and promote the development of trenchless technology in China, China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) takes the task of drafting standard,Technical Specification for trenchless rehabilitation and renewal of urban sewer pipeline.To clarify the design idea of trenchless rehabilitation technolog and make design and construction personnel more convenient use, in this paper the following research are conducting:1Systematic analyzed and summarized the method principle, range of application and merit and demerit of trenchless rehabilitation technolog using comparatively mature in China.2Researched and analyzed the design concept of the trenchless lining pipe. The trenchless lining pipe belongs to category of flexible pipe, whose main failure mode is buckling failure. Therefore, Timoshenko’s buckling theory is regarded as a foundation of the design of pipeline renovation technology. The design of pipeline renovation technology can be divided into solid wall liner design and spiral wound liner design. The wall theickness of liner is a design index in solid wall liner design and the stiffness coefficient of liner is a design index in spiral wound liner design. According to the different bear loads, the design of pipeline renovation technology alos can be divided into semi-structural rehabilitation and structural rehabilitation. The liner only bears water load in semi-structural rehabilitation, and for structural regabilitation the liner will load water load, soil load and ground live load.3Reserched parameter selection methods when using liner design formula. Comprehensive soil modulus Es’is anlysed, and the result shows that Es’and Edin national standard GB50332are a same parameter, therefore Es’can reference GB50332when using. The role of liner long-performance in design formula is anlysed, which according to foreign experience, often is considered to be short-time performance of the half. Through tcalculation of the factor determined from ungrouted arc K1in spiral wound liner design formula using MTALAB, K1value for different ungrouted arc are obtained.4According to the design concept and parameter selection methods of trenchless rehabilitation technology, the wall thickness or stiffness coefficient for different liner and different design type is calculated, which can regarded as a reference for design personnel.5Through experimental research on mechanical property of CIPP liner, it is indicated that CIPP liner quality control should be made throuth field sampling test, and that test method can follow related GB standards and meet the requirements of related ASTM standards.6Base on the Visual C++program development workbench, researched and developed "urban drainage pipeline trenchless rehabilitation design software", which contains project survey input, method choice, liner design, hydraulic computation and report input and output five modules.
