In our country,it is usually carried out by digging the ground directly and replacing the damaged pipeline to repair the damaged water supply pipeline.This way not only cost much,need a long construction period,but also seriously impacted the normal operation of traffic.Therefore,how to repair underground pipelines in a low cost and simple way has always been the research target for municipal engineering.In recent years,many kinds of trenchless pipeline repair technologies have appeared abroad.However,it is mostly used for large-diameter pipelines(?600mm).And repair is carried into the pipe by a worker or large instrument.At present,there is no trenchless intelligent repair method for water supply pipeline of small diameter at home and abroad.This paper presents a new trenchless repair method for water supply and drainage pipeline,designs a repair device and trial-produces a prototype.The research contents of this paper mainly include:(1)A trenchless repair method of water supply and drainage pipeline--the inner wall reconstruction repair method is proposed,and the feasibility analysis and study are carried out.The finite element analysis module of Solidworks simulition was used to analyze the stress of the repaired casing under the condition of high-pressure water flow in the pipeline,and the feasibility of the repair method was demonstrated by practical tests.(2)A trenchless pipe repair device is designed according to the inner wall reconstructive repair method.The overall trenchless repair process is designed,and the hexapod spider bearing platform is selected according to the internal working condition of the pipeline.The 3d modeling software Solidworks was used to design the repair device and carry out kinematic simulation and analysis on its support structure.The finite element analysis of the thermal field mechanics of the scaffold under the heating condition of light curing was carried out to demonstrate the reasonability of the material selection of the scaffold.(3)A prototype of the repair device was made,and its repair action and actual repair effect were tested.The results show that the experimental prototype can meet the design standard of pipeline repair.Compared with the existing repair technology of excavated pipeline,the proposed method avoids the traditional problems such as waste of resources,environmental damage and occupation of public transportation caused by excavation,saves the repair time and repair cost,and the corresponding repair device has a better application prospect.
